The Villa 550m2 Pafos Cyprus is located at the top of a hill and it is built on two plots in harmony with the environment of the surrounding area. The choice of a plot and orientation of the residence were dictated by the biggest advantage of this area – the uninterrupted views. The sea, the hills, a village further in and the sunset play their role in creating the perfect result.
Attention to detail in its design, careful choice of materials, the luxury atmosphere and the positive aura which imbues the Villa. The design has been developed with an idea to create a union of Cyprus and Italian cultures, both of which have in common the Mediterranean element.
The Villa 550m2 Pafos Cyprus, floors and the bathrooms walls are decorated with original Navona Travertino Lucido executed with transparent materials. The floor is cast from one piece of marble and each piece was inserted following specific numbers. The entrance wall and the vast wall showcasing the fireplace were built from an enormous block of Carrara White Statuario marble, which was brought to Cyprus from the Caves of Carrara (the famous quarries where Michelangelo got the marble from to create his masterpieces).
All furniture is imported from Italy and more specifically from Cyrus Company. Sofas in black and white color scheme, side tables and the dining set are all custom made in accordance with an order of the owners. High wooden ceilings give further rise to the residence, which from all of its points opens an amazing panorama of the area. Light fixtures, decorative objects and works of art, all come from Italy. The owners are big collectors of art by distinguished, mostly Italian, artists. Sculptures and paintings are found everywhere in the residence and each of the art objects carries its own story.
